Current Opening: Loading Dock Equipment & Overhead Door Technician

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience servicing and installing overhead doors or loading dock equipment
- Experience with hydraulic dock leveler repair and mechanical dock leveler maintenance
- Knowledge of dock door seals, dock locks, and trailer restraint systems
- Welding and torching skills for dock equipment repair
- Experience with concrete work and loading dock concrete repair
- Troubleshooting capabilities for all types of loading dock equipment
- Ability to operate equipment (forklift, scissor lift, bobcat, concrete demo saw)
- Strong attendance record and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout Indianapolis and Central Indiana
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs
- Proficiency completing paperwork (work orders, timesheets, quote requests)
- Commitment to delivering superior customer service
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions
- Experience servicing Indianapolis and surrounding communities
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair all types of overhead doors and loading dock equipment
- Perform scheduled maintenance on dock levelers, overhead doors, and truck restraints
- Diagnose and resolve issues with hydraulic and mechanical loading dock equipment
- Complete concrete repairs on loading docks as needed
- Provide customers with clear explanations of completed repairs and future recommendations
- Document all work performed and materials used
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
